Because half the time the timbs without the leather are fake knockoffs and if he wearing fake timbs then he's probably broke as hell. Not always though, sometimes they just cheap, but mostly they be broke

because they're basic and just wanted some likes. if you wanna wear timbs without the leather on the top, you wear that. don't let anybody influence how you think.
