Can i get money on a paypal account and spend it without actually putting it onto a card?

As the question says.

I am a livestreamer and i dont have my credit card yet. Can i get money on my paypal account and then spend it before it goes onto a card?

    Money does not magically come from thin air.

    You add money to:

    1. A bank account

    2. A pre-paid credit card

    3. Your PayPal account
