Roughly how much will a subrogation settlement check come out to be if i crushed the tip of my thumb at work?
While at work my right thumb was crushingly crushed by a unsecured table. I was taken to the emergency room where surgery was preformed. chuncks of my thumb where removed and A wire pin was inserted into my bone to help hold the bone together for healing purposes. my finger is now almost healed but still there is hardly any moment. How much should i expect to receive from a subrogation settlement?

?? I think you don't understand what subrogation means.
There is no "pain and suffering" with workers comp. You get lost wages and medical bills. If there's a disability settlement, it's not going to be much, for partial loss of movement of a thumb - maybe a month's worth of lost wages, but it will vary by state.
It's not negotiable; it's defined by your state.

You don't have a subrogation claim, you just have a work comp claim. You MAY get some money for loss of function of your thumb but that is it. There is not punative or pain and suffering pay for work comp injuries.

Certainly your medical costs will be reimbursed, as well as wages from lost work time. Beyond that, don't expect any windfall settlement. It does not sound as though this injury is disabling to any great extent.
