I have like tightening across my shoulders and neck I was told I have copd?
Is this what's causing it my doc does nothing for me he gave me an inhaler,but now this tighning in my throat and it feels like someone punched me in the back

An inhaler is standard treatment for COPD. You may have some other condition that is causing the pain and tightness that you're experiencing. Go back to your doctor and describe your new symptoms.
