You could cosplay as Mary Weather from the manga Godchild. Not many people cosplay as her. People would probably think you're either a really fancy Alice in Wonderland or into gothic lolita though because that's what she basically wears. Relena Peacecraft from Gundam Wing. Her hair is a little darker though. She has a bunch of outfits like a school uniform which consists of a light maroon blazer and long white pleated skirt, as well as a blue party dress, and a military type outfit. Dorothy Catalonia form Gundam Wing. She wears the same school uniform as Relena and a green military type outfit. She has crazy eyebrows though. Filia from Slayers- Her bangs are really long though. Sailor V- the old school outfit where she wears a mask and her sailor top is red, white and blue. Mireille from Noir.
