It's from business...
They probably have decided that it was too much work for them and hired slaves to do their work instead.
But... their are people that STRIVE to stop this awful, illegal crime from happening again. To save millions, to help them escape and arrest the suspects!

You mean people who can't pay child support and work minimum wage jobs and get thrown back into jail because they don't make enough money to pay child support over and over and over again isn't modern day slavery to? Hmmm...
