In your opinion, how important is believing what can not be verified with facts?

When it comes to living a good so called normal life, how important is it to believe what we are told such as going to hell for misconduct or reaping what one sow?

Some things take more than one lifetime to learn. You might want to learn from your mistakes, but mistakes often kill people. For instance a tomato is good food, but the rest of the plant is poisonous. You can verify that for yourself, but you won't be able to appreciate the results.

There are other things that are proved by documentary evidence, such as "hell". Any dictionary will tell you that hell is a hole is a grave; everybody goes there, good or bad, and only one person has ever come back to tell us anything about it. That is an example where you should check the sources to be sure you have correct information.

Harmony can only be wrought through shared values, rituals, and traditions. Values, rituals, and traditions come from shared ideologies. Ideologies form the very structure of shared reality. Atheists don't seem to get this. If you don't share a common ideology with others than you live in a crackpot reality (albeit one with true intellectual freedom).
