can't seem to lose the weight?

I'm a woman... I dont necessarily eat the best but I do work out (if you count having fun dancing couple hours everyday) but I can't seem to lose the belly fat. I dont know what to do

    Losing weight is completely about how you eat. You can look at recent studies, exercise will not make you lose weight. You need to eat less.
