What is a nice processor I can buy to use on a Precision T3500 motherboard?

I have always been a bit unsure on what is the better graphics card, what processor can go on what motherboard, what makes it better etc..

So I have a Precision T3500 ( I want to use it for gaming )

I already have 12Gbs of ram in it.

What is a nice (gaming able) processor I could put in it. Also for the future how do I know what I can use with what..

Secondly, what is a nice (gaming able) graphics card I can put on that motherboard?

I want to use this computer to stream game play as well.

I want to be cost efficient..

    1) Precision T3500 should have a good CPU... Intel Xeon workstation CPUs. Doubt you'll find anything faster for that socket, which is FLPGA 1366, a rare socket type.

    2) You have two PCI-E x16 2.0 slots, so you can go SLI if you want. However, Dell only have sold the "GL' cards with those. Compatibility is on your own.
