This question refers to on screen simulated child rape. It does not include off screen, insinuated acts, child pornography in which child rape is actually occurring to an actual child, or scenes where the child rape is not realistically portrayed (animated/cartoons).

No it's not. The movie B@stard Out Of Carolina shows an explicit and brutal rape/beating scene in which a little girl is attacked by her stepfather. It was Jena Malone's first movie and I believe she was around 10 or 11 during filming. Great movie, but so horrific I could never watch it again.
