what does an IQ of 135 actually mean if i cant put it to any use?

I have taken several IQ tests all revealing my IQ is 135. that's great but i'm looking for employment and Recruiters aren't very interested in such information. is there anything i can do that will make use of this information?

You cannot take a real IQ test online. Those were all fake. Real IQ tests (which can only be taken in person from a licensed psychologist) do not have to be repeated after age 5. That's not your IQ.

No, colleges and employers don't care about IQ. In fact, it's illegal for them to ask, so stop telling them. What you need to do is prove you're smart through what you've accomplished with your life. That's why most smart people don't join high IQ societies - those are for people who don't accomplish anything with their potential.

If IQ were the defining characteristic in employability then there would be no need for qualifications or experience; we could all just take a test and receive a job based on the number. IQ tests have proved to be inaccurate, so they're not used or trusted. Experience, qualifications and social skills are judged to be far more valuable.

Well, there are some organisations like MENSA (http://www.mensa.org/) which are recognized worldwide. You can only be the part of it if you have an IQ equal to the top 2 percentile in the whole population of the world. You can give the MENSA IQ test and if u succeed in getting your test results 98% and above, then you can proudly tell your recruiters that i am a part of MENSA. As far your 135 marks are concerned, they don't stand anywhere in recruitment.

Plenty of people can have high IQs and be no good in the workplace. You would have to show how you can apply your intelligence (give examples of things you've done in work or personal life).

Also, be careful about quoting your IQ on your resume and in interviews. It can come across as conceited.

Get an education and then prove what you can do with that IQ.

No-one is interested in just an IQ number. It's of no use to anyone.

You can explain your abilities and talents and how they would help on whatever job you are applying.
