The concept of American humour?
So, I moved from Canada to the States, and I must say, I don't understand any of the jokes. In class, the kids constantly joke around, but I can never get why they're funny.
Could someone explain the American concept of humour to me?
I'm not too sure if I put this in the right category either...

Only if you want to dumb yourself down. Typical American humour in schools is usually for those who are not smart enough to understand the course or to ADD to sit still long enough to learn something. If you don't get it, consider yourself a better person for it. And if you eventually do, well, welcome to the club ...... but sorry.
