How much do I tip the event staff at my wedding?

I am having a wedding with 54 guests for a total of 4 hours including the ceremony. The dinner at the reception is buffet style. There will be 4 staff members working. The total costs for the wedding package (including photography, bartender, cake, catering, and facility) is just under $5,000. How much do I tip the staff???

Should I calculate based on a percent of the catering cost or what? Help!

Update:

I am in Georgia in the United States. The tip is just going to be for the four servers, not officiant or photographer. They are already getting paid. The gratuity is definatly not included already.

Before doing anything else, I'd look through my contract. Are you sure gratuities aren't already added in? From what I can tell, they usually are.

If not maybe ask the event coordinator at the venue. For example, I didn't have a complete package like this, but it wouldn't occur to me to tip the photographer. Is he part of the staff total of 4? Also, if the package includes the ceremony, then there's an officiant floating around. This might be the only person they recommend you take care of, so I still get back to asking the event coordinator.

Heck, we don't even know what country you're in or if the US, what state or region This stuff varies.

Congratulations and best of luck for ur wedding See it is their job just pay them 6$ each,I know seems little but the catering might be paying them 20 or 30$ each guy so it's like giving away a 20% bonus

You actually should pay them$6 per guest they are serving. So that$324/4= about$80 per server.
