Someone said they were taking my IP on "DevPro"... Should I be worried?

I was playing a game online (this one, if that's important: http://devpro.org/) and ended up angering my opponent when I made an unconventional play that won me the game. Afterwards, he insulted me, and I responded with smug satisfaction. In response, he said he wasn't mad, because he was "taking my IP." He mentioned something about "packages" before ceasing to respond. Is this something I should be worried about? Is this something he would be able to do simply using the game, and if so, what are the implications? I don't know much about computers - any and all help would be appreciated!

    The only thing you should worry is that if he is the host of the game and the max he can do is ban your IP for playing that game. hope this answers your question.
