No. I think he's just filling vacancies, as he is required to do per the Constitution. If these judge nominees are too partisan, Congress should reject them and ask President Obama to find some new nominees. Republicans don't want Obama doing that, though. By keeping these nominees in confirmation limbo, they can keep those vacancies open, hopefully until a Republican is elected president and can stack the court with conservative judges.

Upon election / re-election as POTUS, Obama had to make good on the deal he struck with Bill Clinton ( who made sure Obama would become POTUS ): Rename Clinton's Affordable Health Care Act of 1991 to 'Obamacare'---and do whatever it takes to get it passed into law.

Oh....and appoint Hillary to Secretary of State.

Obama didn't waste time, stacking up a "dream team" of shady people who got busy aggressively pushing for Obamacare's entry into law.

Obama is the ONLY POTUS to "guide in" TWO Supreme Court Justices---both of whom really DO NOT carry full qualifications to become Justices. Yes, he out-right stacked the Supreme Court--and it favored him well, too.

Obama also made it a point to put his best friend, Eric Holder in place as Dept. of Justice head.

Every U.S. President appoints judges, so how come the neocon extremists (seeking to "stack" the nation's courts with their own brand only of whacko bird extremists) have been unconstitutionally and unreasonably blocking every single appointment---every judge, every Cabinet member, and now even the IRS appointee called out of retirement---that President Obama, our nation's first man of color to be elected twice, appoints?

If Republicans hadn’t gone ballistic on filibustering, and acted like adults, Reid wouldn’t have had to change the rule on judicial nominees. NOW...the other 97 or so may be appointed without obstruction. Well done, righties.
