It is not true that your heart stops beating when you sneeze.

So you can sneeze as often as you need to sneeze, and you won't die from cardiac arrest.

Okay, like a wanker I clicked the submit button thinking that anyone with any sense could figure that out. I'm sorry.
You could sneeze only once and die. What happens is your heart skips a beat when you sneeze, it doesn't actually stop.
The closest you come to dying whilst doing something that nature intended is give birth.
