GPU FPS and performance question! NVIDIA GPU Cards?
ok here the confusing part, about triple buffer and double buffef and the v-sync! Ok does it require for v-sync to be enable for triple or double buffer to maintain good FPS? of just set it to global settings triple buffer on on all games, then turn of v-sync? because usually I just leave the game settings on v-sync with no triple or double buffer settings and runs on 60 fps most of the time! did some research that triple buffering will benefit better performance! So is it true?

No, no, and no. You ONLY enable double or triple buffer if your screen is not displaying right, same with V-sync.
