Students need help but the incentives are getting so huge they question going into the real world.

Should Tax Payers be footing the bill for Lady GaGa Poetry, Ancient Cultural Studies, Vampire Literature, Painting, Fashion Design for Outer Space, Pagan Anthropology and so on?

Are there any regulations that the major should be something useful or needed ?
