Problems with Yahoo Mail past 3 days?

I've tried logging off and logging back in - that did NOT fix the problem. As soon as I can get back in, I'm forwarding everything to a new e-mail provider. Hopefully, I won't be contacted about the status of my DISSERTATION during this time. Thank you Yahoo!

I have the same issue. Have contacted them over 8 times now with no response. None of the quick fixes they post online have helped me. All I want to to is just switch all the mail to my gmail account, but cannot until I am let back into my email.

I am having the same problem for the last three days. If the new conversion does not work go back to the old system, or get someone who knows what they are doing. This is working worst than the insurance market the gov. has please get us back on line. and remember the old saying "If its not broke don't fix it "

I have been down for two days and can't get any help with customer service. I am sooo frustrated right now. Once this is up and running again (if it ever is) I am def closing my yahoo account and using my alt email. THis is ridiculous!

I opened a new Yahoo account and transferred my contacts. I use my email for business and cannot be without the ability to communicate with my clients.

I'm relieved to read others having the same problem as I am. Very frustrating. Hoping that it will be fixed soon

I have been unable to get into my email for two days. I have friends that can get it, so does this mean my account was hacked? I don't understand how two people in my office can get on theirs, but I can't. I would like answers. Don't they have to tell you if your information was compromised?

I bet the server our email accounts are on totally crashed. If it continues any longer I bet it's unfixable. I am most upset about losing all my contacts. Maybe time for us to go to gmail.

I also had that problem. I signed off yahoo (i.e. log off your user account) and logged back in, that fixed it for me.
