    No, but it would have been interesting. After all, in 1975, at the height of Apartheid, Israel offered to sell nuclear weapons to South Africa.

    The PRIME MINISTER of Israel did not attend neither did any high ranking officials on his behalf. It's a disgrace. He said that "it would be too expensive to travel".

    Prior to that comment I always thought the jibes about Jews being stingy were a tad unfair
