How do i get my brother to do his part?He is lazy and doesnt do laundry?

We share a room sadly, i am 17 he is 14. We share nike socks sadly. I do my laundry and keep my room clean but my room is so messy because of him not cleaning up his clothes it smells so bad in there. My parents blame me saying its mine too but it is not. He then proceedes to steal my clothes even though he does not buy them i do. I work i buy my own clothes. My parents get mad when i make him take them off. When people come over they are disgusted by my room and im like i do my part. His leggos,shoes,clothes are everywhere. It has gotten to the point where i do his laundry when i do mine and his clean clothes are piling up on the top bunk and he is to lazy to put them away that when i go to bed his smelly body is on my bed. So now i sleep in the guest room and when my dad is home on weekends and uses the guest room i sleep downstairs on the floor. What do i do? MY PARENTS ARE NOT LISTENING I BRING NO FRIENDS OVER ANYMORE BECAUSE OF HIM. HELP.

this is what he does on a typical school morning. 8:10 be at school. Wakes up at 7:30 eats breakfast tries to steal my clothes and i make him take it off. He wears reused cloths. Uses my dehodorant. Gets to school. I get home he bangs out his hw fast as possible and RUSHES downstairs to play xbox. from 5-10 xbox/dinner. what do i do? I shouldnt be doing his laundry but if you step in my room you are 4 inches off the ground and it smells bad. help please. I want my old room back.
