can xanax help you during a presentation?
I usually start having a panic attack before a public speach, and I'm going to be in front of a class for 20 min? It's only .25 mg of xanax witch is like 4x less than a normal pill?

Unless you are quite accustomed to xanax, don't do it. You may find yourself drooling, staggering, falling asleep and generally acting drunk. Of course, if you've been taking xanax for a while, it doesn't do that any more, but you wouldn't need to ask in that case. Better try it at home and see what happens first.
