can xanax help for a presentation?
I usually start having a panic attack before a public speach, and I'm going to be in front of a class for 20 min? It's only .25 mg of xanax witch is like 4x less than a normal pill?

Yes, sometimes when I don't know the subject very well and I worry that my presentation will be bad. I will take a .25...only once in a blue moon though. So yes it will help and best of luck on presentation. I'm sure you'll do just fine! :D

yes it will help, a larger dose would help more
also breathe deep and slow and look at their eyes and faces, speak in a loud voice but don't listen to the sound of your own voice
