Can I still apply for Financial Aid(grant) at another school outside of my city if i am suspended from it..?

... this up coming semester? or i failed two classes out of four at my community college and this was my first semester too... so i dont really know how this works and i was planning on leaving to an art institute and applying for it now to start in July but now i dont know if financial aid will help out at another school?

what should i do and how does this work?

    I think they will. They look at your GPA and think they give you chances to bring it up.
