Do Koreans or Americans get more plastic surgery?

I was born and raised in Korea so I'll try my best to answer this question. I think Koreans get more plastic surgery. Every Korean girl I know, including my mother, has had cosmetic surgery. Plus there are A LOT of plastic surgery clinics in my country. Surgery is so common for young Koreans because of our strict stupid beauty standards. If you are in Korea, you will see advertisements for cosmetic surgery everywhere! Even in the men's public restrooms, I've seen some adverts on the cubicle doors. Kpop, the horrendous genre, is also one of the reasons. A lot of young girls and guys look up to kpop stars. Double eyelid surgery, chin surgery, jaw surgery and rhinoplasty are the usual things that Koreans get.

South Korean tops the country with the most number of people gone for surgery. I think because of the worldwide standard of beauty that we often see in tv and magazines.
