It is completely inappropriate to buy gifts for someone you aren't in a close personal relationship with. UNLESS it is part of an office Holiday event that everyone is participating in.
DO NOT single out this woman and give her a gift. Gifts are personal and you don't have that kind of relationship with her. Drop the whole "trying to Win her heart with kindness" nonsense. She's taken. Show some respect for her relationship with her boyfriend and don't interfere with her personal life. Your actions could be considered sexual harassment to some.
