Dull pain in lower abdomen radiating to left testicle?

I have Discomfort in my lower abdomen. Feels like I have gas trapped, and it radiates above my penis and down my left scrotum. On a scale of 1-10,the pain is a 1 or 2. Also my left inner thigh is sore, but that could be cause of the cardio I did at the gym two days ago. I'm 24, no noticeable lumps in scrotum, no burning urination, no blood, just a dull ache in my lower stomach. Could I have an infection?
