How to know in which mode my Hard Disk is connected in?

So I have a Sony Vaio sve15113enb with an Intel i3 processor (SandyBridge). I want to know in which SATA mode my HDD is working on. P.S. I have not much idea as in how this stuff works or if the given information is relative or such. Anyways the BIOS is Insyde H20 and there isn't much stuff to be configured or settings shown. My system runs Windows 7 x64. Also please give me some technical information about my Motherboard.

    Read the manual, if youdidn't receive one, download one.
