Why do Eagle eat their sick young chicks?

An eagle had two young chicks and he tore up a still living one of them and feed it to the other one. As I was watching this on National Geographic, I could only contemplate the horror because I couldn't understand the logic around it. Now that I understand that the infection rules earth, I understand as well the action of the eagle. The eagle wasn't behaving badly, it knew that the young chick wan't going to live so before it rot, it killed it and feed to the other chick. Both actions, the killing and the feeding have to do with its duty to keep the planet clean from infection. If he had let the chick rot, it would infect the nest and killed all of them. As well, the eagle doesn't consume rottenness, so to prevent infecting the planet and its family it had to make a choice to save the rest of the family. The eagle is more intelligent than humans that accept to even give their children to the infection instead of destroying it. That is why we are living with rotten bugs to day because humans live as bugs and not as the eagle which they pretend to worship. There again the proof that the gut flora hate eagles and what the gut flora in humans is worshiping is the bugs that live on the eagle, which they think are protecting them from the eagle and not the eagle itself. They hate the eagle as much as turkey and chickens which they consume by millions daily using humans' hands and mouth. Let all infection, including gut flora, die permanently definitely without leaving a speck of their existence to be found anywhere.
