You can only move with her if your and her parents allow it ... in the meantime call her with your phone and computer so you can keep in touch. If you truly love her and you are meant to be together ... let her go and some day your paths will cross again. Usually love at your age passes and both of you move on as you grow up and your personalities change. After high school you will probably both go off to different colleges anyway ... tell her goodbye and keep in touch ... tell her you love her.

I assume you are asking if you can go to Florida and live with her.
You really don't have much in the way of options. At 16 you are a minor and have very limited rights and several restrictions. You have a legal guardian (usually your a parent or parents) that are responsible for everything you possess and do and your general health and well being. Your guardians would have to give you express permission to live in Florida AND give permission for an adult in Florida to be your caretaker.
If she is 18 you can marry her (with your parents permission) and you become her responsibility.
My suggestion is to learn to use Skype, Facetime, etc.

NONE, you are a minor and you have absolutely no right to travel ANYWHERE without your legal guardian's direct permission. Look she is going to forget about you as soon as she meets her new neighbor who's a teen underwear model and if that guy doesn't strike her fancy the beaches will be full of guys that will.

Write letters, email, phone on occasion. Both of you should get a part-time job. Keep your grades up. When you both turn 18, if you still have feelings for each other, one of you should visit the other (with the money saved from the part-time job). Six months later, the other should do the visiting. Go from there.
