Is there any way to move out before the age of 18 legally?

I want to move out, is there any legal way i can, in any state at the age of 16?

What laws are implied and what are there restrictions?

Under age 18 your parents are responsible for you unless they give you permission to move out. Talk to them about it and tell them your situation ... what you want to do ... where you want to go ... etc.

Legally?? You are under your parents authority until 18. Nothing implied. Straight out.

If they consent, you can live with another family member.

And no, the state doesn't help you if situation is hard. If you are being ABUSED, the state can remove you. Otherwise, the state does not interfere with parent's rights.

If it's that bad at home that you have to move out you should try and contact other family members like grand parents or aunts and uncles first. 16 is too young to try and make it on your own, if you have to it can be done contact your government welfare office for help and finish school.

My mom got married when she was 16. Parents permission is required.
