How long does it take a hairstylist to build a clientel?
I have been doing hair for ten years. I recently moved to a small town (25 thousand) in Nebraska. I applied at the most high end salon in town, I am also the only newbie so I get all of the walk ins. PROBLEM is I only get 2 to 3 walk ins a week. :( Thankfully I am pretty good at retaining clientel, ive been working for 6 months and although I am starting to get regular clients I am loosing money working here... I don't want to go to any other shop but I don't know what to do,. how much longer do I have to endure this??

Maybe the customers you get will give you permission to post there pics online on a site you advertise what you have done what you can do and just overall your talent
