Do you think she likes me?

So we met this year. During class we talk a lot. And if we can't talk we'll make faces at each other and stuff like that. When she sees me from across the room, shell shout my name and gesture to come over. We started texting. Some of my friends say we'd be cute together and tell me to ask her out (even though I havnt told them I like her). The thing that makes me unshure is that a few days ago she wanted me to start talking to and ask out her friend that goes to a different school. After I told her no, she eventually gave up.
