i was on the phone with my friend and my dad called. i switched my call to my dad and when we were finished he hung up
i switched the call back to my friend
when i hung up with my friend it showed i was in a convo with my dad for 35 minutes
will that 35 minutes be a voicemail on my dads phone?

That means he heard your entire conversation live with your friend.
Ha. (Proper Etiquette on his part would've been to reveal he was still listening. You weren't hung up with him. You just thought you were.)
