a. at the electrical outlet

b. at the on/off switch

c. inside oven

d. in the heating element

    talkind about an electric oven it happens in the heating element for sure (i.e.the "load")

    The load is where the energy is dissipated. It is not in the connections carrying the energy to that component. This should be covered in your materials.

    In other words, it's the heating element.
