Avatar is obviously overrated, along with Twilight and the Hunger Games. I can't think of any underrated movies though.

Fight Club is definitely not overrated but I agree with the rest of your list. Underrated movies are Snatch, The Secret of NIMH and Groundhog Day

I don't know about overrated, but I think Dazed and Confused and Hachi are underrated.
