I think you just need to be more comfortable with yourself and being alone. All women have been where you are and it's not easy to deal with but random sex isn't the solution. Men come and go doll but sleeping around because you're hurting will only make things harder for you and you don't want that and you don't need that. Heartbreak is part of life you just gotta be learn how to pick up the pieces and move on with your life. <3
