What Color Hair and Eyes will my baby have?
So I have platinum blond hair and light blue eyes, and my wife has dark reddish-brown hair with dark almost black colored eyes. I'm wondering if her genes will totally over take mine of if it'll turn out to be somewhere in the middle? Can't seem to find any legit quiz online so might as well ask some real people. With genetics you never know
My mother had reddish brown hair as a child that turned brown as an adult and she has green eyes. My father has brown hair and brown eyes
I had white blonde hair until I was about 12 and now it's medium honey blonde and I have blue eyes. My sister has dark hair and dark eyes, and my brother has dark blonde hair and hazel eyes.

Your child could have either - he or she could also have a hair colour from a grandparent, or a great-grandparent, and so on! Genes have a tendency to pop up at the strangest of times. For instance, my mother is blonde and my father has brown hair, but my hair is red. I get it from my great-grandfather.
Some genes are very dominant; generally dark hair is dominant, but it really depends.
