There both the same color but the first is bigger and the second is smaller, and the second has side pockets and a zipper on top. I need one for school, suggestions?

I have MK bag, the side pockets you don't use them at all, it'll make ur bag look ugly and not classy, plus I have hard time putting stuff in there because my bag is leather, the shinny one, so it takes forever.
The first one looks so beautiful. I would buy it, it has the fashion style in it, classy and elegant. But if it's for school buying the zipper one is better, because I have a MK bag with no zipper and everyone looks at my bag and when I open it they try to see what I have in there. And when I put it on the floor people could still see. The zipper bags has more Privacy.
