I would check out UCLA's out of state tutiion

It is a great school, but not worth over $50,000 per year

Look in their web site for requirements for transfer students

You need to make sure any class you take at the CC will transfer over. admissions may help you with that

Community college transfer is pretty well limited to California residents. You have to be really, really exceptional to be able to transfer from out of state. So basically, your chance would be very low. Not zero but very, very low.

Also note that UCLA will cost you as much as a private school like USC.

Yes, but as an out of state resident, your chances would be lower of getting in.
