Question about walking?

When you're trying to lose weight and go walking, is the speed of which you walk more important than the distance? If I walk normal pace I can walk miles no problem, but if I try and walk it at a faster pace then I can't walk nearly as far. So when losing weight, is it speed over distance or distance over speed? Like low weights and high rep right?

I do usually walk in a normal pace. And I am comfortable doing it than walking faster. As soon as you sweat and have a proper diet probably you'll lose weight. Also, speed and distance could matter. If you really wants to lose weight easily you have to wok it hard.
