What culture or period could this Indian arrowhead be?

I found a picture of an arrowhead that is very close in shape and style to the one that was shown here a few days ago. Both appear to be made of the same material and same technique. Now, I am curious myself.

@Raatz: Could be one of those that you suggest but the construction technique seems very different because those have little chips all over as if they are carved with little impacts instead of a clean cut.

    Click the links under 'see also' to see if you can match it. It's not Clovis or Fuslome. It sort of looks like a side notched Lamoka point (3500-2500 BC) or a Susquehanna broad point (1200-700 BC).
