What is the Best Pencil Eyeliner for tightlining ?

I'm looking for a drugstore brand and that wont tug your eye and that is easy to remove at night any suggestions ?? thx

    L'Oréal Paris Extra-Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner is very pigmented. With the softest stroke of the pencil you get an ultra dark line. I really love the look of this for the waterline. Just a small tip to keep it lasting longer

    I use Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner Pen and I always tightline my eyes, and it last all day so try that!
