Yes, of course. For many years Mexican teams have owned American teams, but now US soccer is improving while Mexico soccer is declining. I think SKC will defeat Cruz Azul.

I think Cruz Azul is one of the best mexican teams, actually is the best in the Liga MX, they have won 6 games in arow
