Apes can do sign languages and maybe hear and understand our words and follow commands but they can't reproduce our sounds because it is not physically possible for them.

The only human dialect that apes have even remotely come close to facility with is ASL. Ape facial architecture (teeth, palate tongue, larynx) limit their ability to make many human sounds. Likewise differences in the brain (such as Brocca's area) make it difficult to decipher aspects of language like grammar. So, while the vocabulary for some apes raised in contact with human's might approach that of a 6 year old, their mastery of grammar is comparable to a two year old.

No chimps do not have the vocal capabilities of human language, their "voice box" is different.

No, as I answered earlier. You mat be the monkeys uncle, but I have no ape like relatives.

They may be able to teach an ape some tricks, but that's all it amounts to.
