Why does this happen when I'm in pain?

When my bladder hurts I turn pale white and start to sweat like its hot and I mean sweat a lot, but I feel like this cold ice is running through my body. It lasts 15-45 minutes and happens every day.

I feel paralyzed when it happens. I can even predict a few minutes before it happens that it will happen.

First I feel like my breathing is heavy and I feel cold inside. Then I know it's coming and I prepare myself. I lay on the floor and get ready for the worst pain ever.

I feel myself sweat and feel the ice running thought my body (basically like a cold, where you feel cold but people say you're burning up)it is intense cold. I can't move or talk and just lay there in horrible pain promising myself that it will end soon, but it feels like a life time.

I only noticed I turn pale by lying in front of a mirror.

What's wrong with me?
