Why does excel change spacing and rows after I save?

It's very weird I am working on a spreadsheet with patient information and I get all the spacing correct and how I want it and then once I hit save the spacing changes and certain rows end up on different pages. I don't know why this happens or how to stop it. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Rather than fiddling with font sizes or spacing, you can use Page Layout view to force the spreadsheet to break at specific boundaries. The Layout ribbon also allows you to limit the number of pages (width and height) onto which the sheet will print.

Print it, or at least go to Print Preview.

It sounds as though it is being configured to fit a particular printer. If you "print" then you should see what it is trying to do.
