Should I buy a PS Vita or wait for the PS4?
Really torn on this one. I've checked most major retailers and the PS4 seems to be out of stock and my guess is it will be until March or so. I was debating about purchasing a PS Vita. The plus would be that I would have a portable system and I have a subscription to PS Plus but the down side is that memory cards cost a bunch and it doesn't have the widest selection of games.
So is the PS Vita pretty good or should I pass and look into a PS4?

Vita doesn't have a lot of games that are worth buying. I guess the same can be said for the ps4 now but there should be a lot of good games for the ps4 in the future. I can't say the same thing for the vita.

The Vita has plenty of games, they're not all popular western games like CoD.
