What should I get my sister and my brother for Christmas?

So, my sister is 16 years old, and so am I, and I don't know what I should get her. And I'm NOT crafting anything. My sister likes jewelry, but I don't know where to get it from, and I want to personalize it. (I'm getting it online) She also likes perfume, but my price limit for her gift is 55$. Any other ideas/and or links for jewelry, or perfume that fits my price limit? My Brother though is 15, and I don't know what he'd like, he does want something personalized, like a stainless steel to go mug, a watch, or something.
