Why can't I change my profile picture on Yahoo Answers?

I go to "Edit My Preferences", "Change Photo" (I see the new photo), click "Save" at the bottom, and then it goes to my home page with no new photo. I've tried several times. What am I doing wrong?

First make sure your Yahoo Profile is not set to private that stops an avatar from showing.

It should say.....Your profile is currently visible.

If it shows as hidden then click to change it.

It's probably because the image size is too big. Reduce the size.
